Bio of Frank J Passmore

Frank started his Financial Services career in 1986 and feels so blessed to now have many hundreds of Clients in both Hall and Gwinnett Counties of North Georgia. Frank’s passion is helping Families plan better for the Financial Challenges that can happen in Retirement. Frank is very concerned with the statistical fact that almost 70% of Spouses left alone, usually our Moms, are left with much less income to live on and do not have the means to pay for the usually needed Home Health Care that most aging Females will need and Medicare and Supplemental Insurance do not cover this type care. Frank has seen this overwhelming cost in his own Family and it has given him a drive to help as many Families as possible with Gods help and guidance.

Bobby started his career working for one of the largest financial institutions in the

world.It wasn’t long before Bobby became discouraged by the methods used

by these institutions to assist clients.

In 2012, he had a vision to create a truly unique financial services firm; one that

he would look for, if he were a client.Endeavoring to provide an experience

that would be quite the opposite of a Wall Street firm, Main Street Advisors was

born; a truly independent, unique and holistic firm that functions as an essential

Bobby’s first love is family. He and his wife, Christi, have two children, Daphne

and Oliver. In his free time, he is a member of several local charitable organizations

and is an accomplished musician who has performed concerts since age 5

and still enjoys playing music at least twice a week. Bobby is creative, diligent

and caring, striving to help anyone he can.

Diane Brewer, Registered Financial Consultant® and Certified Financial Fiduciary®, has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. In 1995 she established her own financial advisory business, providing holistic financial planning and including all types of insurances and investments and estate planning services. 

She developed recognition and became respected for her research and reporting on “Key to Wall Street & Special Report: Women on Wall Street”, KEYT 3 TV Santa Barbara, CA, subsidiary of ABC. From these experiences and her passion, she gained a following with her Radio and TV interviews, invited to conduct many financial education workshops and served on the Advisory Board for the largest farm owner insurance provider in California. 

She has been involved in many capacities of the industry, licensed in life, health, disability, property & casualty and with vast experience; she is licensed in 6 States.

Deeply rooted in the concept of excellence and personal service while working, she always continues furthering her knowledge, achieving her business degree from Santa Barbara College and currently holds securities licenses 65 and 63 as passed Series 7, 6 exams. 

Coming from a family of nine siblings, Diane developed many survival and adventurous skills. When she isn’t working, she can be found donating her time to worthy causes, i.e. marketing and developing fund-raising events for Avon’s Breast Cancer 3-Day, Girl’s Inc., and others. With her adventurous spirit, you may find her swimming, playing piano, enjoying cooking and entertaining friends, family, and clients.

Mark is the founder and principal of Ness Insurance & Annuity, LLC. He shares full ownership with his wife Charlene.

Mark began his financial career in 1972 in Great Falls,Montana; following in the business footsteps of his father, Richard B. “Dick” Ness.

Born and raised in Freeport, Illinois, I’m a proud graduate of Western Illinois University’s School of Business and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and master’s in sports business. I’ve continued to expand my education and expertise since entering the finance industry, obtaining my Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2015 and Certified Financial Fiduciary ® certification in 2019.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, exercising and running, and trying to catch as many sporting events and concerts as I can all across the Midwest! My wife, Lauren, and I live in Madison with our three daughters, Alyssa, Hannah, and Madelyn, as well as "Addy," our lovable Jack Russell terrier.
