Tony Engrassia founded Wealth Management Strategies, Inc. to provide independent, fee-based financial planning and wealth management to his clients. Tony and his family moved to the Rocky Mount, NC area in 1991, and his deep roots in the community and strong commitment to its people help him offer tax-efficient strategies for preserving and growing family wealth that has a very personal, customized touch for his clients. Tony is also the creator of the Strategic Freedom Process™, a process that helps his clients develop strategies, so they can enjoy greater personal and financial opportunities during retirement.
One of Tony’s primary goals as a Financial Planner is to help his clients manage risks. Many of his clients are at or near retirement, and Tony uses a holistic approach to help them understand the three major risks they’ll face in retirement—market risk, interest rate risk and sequence of return risk. These pieces in hand, together they can map out a retirement plan designed to meet their goals and help ensures they’ll have income distribution for life.
After nearly thirty years of serving clients in the Rocky Mount area, Tony has recently expanded to the Morehead City, NC area as well, and his commitment remains the same—he works with his clients to help ensure they will have income to meet their needs throughout their retirement. He has also gained respect and recognition through his thought leadership as an author of the book Promises Kept and as a financial columnist with the Rocky Mount Telegram. He also gives back to his community through his affiliation with The American Financial Educational Alliance (AFEA), a non-profit financial wellness program, where Tony provides workshops to educate and empower Americans in their financial lives.
Tony attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a minor Business Administration. In furthering his professional career, he earned a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation and is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow® (LUTCF®). Most recently, Tony became a Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CFF) and also achieved his NSSA Advisor Certificate, this has made Tony qualified to help retirees select the best time to access Social Security Benefits . In addition, Tony has his Series 65 securities license. He also has his life and health insurance licenses. In addition, Tony has been recognized by his peers and been named to the Million Dollar Roundtable for his achievements as an advisor.
Tony has made the Rocky Mount area his home for nearly thirty years. He enjoys outdoors activities including golfing, hunting, fishing, and training hunting dogs. And he loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and three kids. Tony is a practicing catholic and is a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus.

Julie Manning consults and advises clients on key risk factors they may face in retirement, helping them build a plan to get from point A to point B with certainty. As she answers questions and provides guidance to clients, she keeps her focus on addressing their personal needs and goals, always making decisions that are best for the client.
After more than 23 years in the financial services industry, Julie started Keystone Financial Planning with one focus: create a more personalized approach for clients. “I believe that the old model of lots of fees with little service doesn’t align with what should be happening in financial planning,” she said. “I wanted to discover new and improved ways to serve clients.”
Julie’s approach is to deliver a client experience that is never rushed or intimidating and often educational. She has received Circle of Excellence recognition by Women in Financial Services (WIFS), a national organization that supports women in financial services. Julie partners with Woman’s Worth®, a unique program that helps women understand the relationship between health and wealth. She earned her Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation to provide even more value to her clients and is a Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF)®.
Julie and her husband, Greg, have four children, one grandson and 14 chickens. She fills up her free time with a variety of activities, including gardening, painting, working out, and playing with her grandson.
Christina Maria Lamb is a Financial Planner and IRS Enrolled Agent with Nelson Financial Planning (NFP) as well as a FINRA Registered Representative and Principal of Nelson Ivest Brokerage Services (NIBS), in Winter Park, Florida.
Mrs. Lamb graduated from the University of Central Florida earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as a finance major. While attending college, Mrs. Lamb worked a full-time accounting position with Aramark and joined the NFP team as a financial intern back in January of 2004.
Mrs. Lamb holds an Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, a Series 6 Securities License, Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative and Series 26 Securities Principal License, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Principal.Mrs. Lamb specializes in integrating tax implications throughout an individual’s financial plan.
Mrs. Lamb’s volunteer work in the community includes involvement with local public schools in the Kissimmee/Saint Cloud area where she grew up, along with yearly participation with the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Lamb has been married to Eric Lamb since 2008. They have one son Ethen, who currently is involved with the Boy Scouts of America and hockey.

Colton Cockerell is a financial advisor for Sharer McKinley Group, LLC. His passion is working with people and assisting them in reaching their financial goals through fiduciary, prudent investment advisory services and strategies. Since joining the Sharer McKinley team, his role as an investment advisor is focused on the design and implementation of retirement plans for his trusted clients. He also works closely with younger families advising on the importance of saving for college through tax-advantaged investments.
Cockerell began his financial career working as Director of Operations with Sharer McKinley Group, LLC in 2013. While in this role, he was responsible for servicing and communicating with many diverse clientele. Because of this, he was able to learn, grow and develop the skills necessary to perform each task at a high level while understanding the importance of giving every client the time and attention necessary to achieve all of their pre and post retirement goals.
Cockerell is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a degree in Finance. Outside of the office, he volunteers at Bay Area Church in the worship and youth ministries and enjoys golfing, hiking and being outdoors.

Bob’s 35 years career has been devoted in the insurance industry, specially assisting retirees and pre-retirees with estate planning, asset preservation and proper financial planning. Bob adheres to the highest standards and qualifications prescribed by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
