Finding a financial professional you can trust is key to achieving a successful retirement.
Certified Financial Fiduciaries® are sworn to uphold the highest moral, ethical and fiduciary standards of service when providing advice to potential or existing clients. By choosing to work with a Certified Financial Fiduciary® you can be confident that your best interests will always come first!
As a seasoned Investment Advisor Representative and Financial Planner with nearly two decades of experience, I’ve been helping individuals navigate retirement planning since 2002. I specialize in working with a select group of pre-retirees and retirees, with a focus on growing their wealth while protecting what they've worked hard to build. Developing customized financial plans is deeply rewarding for me, especially when paired with the risk-managed investment strategies my team and I implement to support long-term financial success.
As a Certified Fiduciary, I operate under a legal and ethical commitment to always act in my clients’ best interests. That responsibility is reflected in everything I do—from personalized portfolio design to maintaining transparent, client-focused communication. Whether meeting in person or virtually, I ensure every client understands their plan through clear explanations, tailored strategies, and ongoing education. My goal is to offer forward-thinking solutions—often ones previous advisors may have overlooked—to help clients make confident, informed decisions.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my husband, our four grown sons, and their families. I also enjoy antique collecting, gardening, decorating, and hosting family gatherings—all of which help me stay grounded and inspired.
I offer complimentary consultations to explore whether our partnership would be a good fit. Your financial well-being is my highest priority, and I would be honored to help you plan for a secure and fulfilling future.

Focus is needed to begin, maintain, and arrive at the proper path to financial independence. Our personalized process and incredible customer service allow us to get to know each of our clients and truly understand their ultimate goals. Only then can we make the appropriate recommendations and strategies for current and ongoing personal, family, and business needs.
My financial advisory career began upon graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2007. I also completed extensive post-graduate work in the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Financial Planning Program. My background, continuous education, and training have afforded me the ability to help my clients better understand the advice we offer in the areas of investments, retirement planning, life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance.
Being from Savannah, it's natural that I enjoy boating, fishing, golf, and traveling. I served the greater Savannah area as President of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, as well as on our church board at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. My wife and I are currently enjoying the company of our first child, Sarah, now 2 years old. We all live with our 3-year-old black lab, Kitt, on Whitemarsh Island in Savannah, GA.

Steven Melchiorri, Certified Financial Fiduciary®, CFP®, CHFC®, CLU®
With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals, families, and financial professionals with integrity, passion, and a commitment to excellence. My journey has taken me through leadership roles as a Regional Vice President in the Northeast for two of the country’s oldest and most respected mutual financial services companies, where I helped individual advisors grow and scale their practices.
As a Certified Financial Fiduciary and Investment Advisor Representative, I specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of retirement income planning, wealth preservation, and legacy building. My approach is holistic and education-driven, grounded in principles of income, liquidity, and legacy. I take pride in demystifying complex financial decisions and making clients feel comfortable and confident in planning for their future.
My leadership extends beyond my practice. I have served as Chapter President and Regional Vice President of the New Jersey National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). I currently serve as the Paramus Chapter President of the American Financial Education Association (AFEA) and am a longtime catechist at St. Denis Church in Manasquan, NJ.
Academically, I earned my bachelor’s degree in History and Finance from the City University of New York. I’ve furthered my financial education by earning the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College of Financial Services and completing the Certified Financial Planner™ curriculum at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
On a personal note, I’ve been happily married to my incredible wife, Amy, for over 20 years. We live in Brielle, NJ, and are proud parents to our three amazing daughters—Ava Georgette, Hannah Grace, and Alexandra Lilly. Life with four strong women is full of fun, love, and occasional chaos—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I stay active in their lives by coaching their Little League teams and teaching CCD classes at church. In my downtime, I love riding my bike to the beach and enjoying a well-earned happy hour with Amy and friends.
Whether I’m at the office, in the classroom, or on the sidelines, my goal remains the same: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others—personally and professionally.
