In 1994, Tim began his career trading Fixed Income and FX products at Bank of America, London. At BGC Partners, Tim ran the product range for the Interest Rate Options area across both the London and Asian markets. His teams achieved multiple Risk Magazine industry awards for innovation and excellence in interest rate derivatives. Tim is qualified as a BA (Hons) BA and a Registered Investment Advisor.

Ed de la Rosa of Solid Ground Financial founded his practice with a unique approach. He sets out to help families find money they are losing unknowingly and unnecessarily. Then, Ed uses the found dollars to help solidify their financial future, preferably without impacting their current lifestyle. Evan Sussman is honored to serve as Senior Vice President for IFW. Evan has been a successful financial professional for over 17 years. On December 24th 2019, Evan was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer, and is currently on the road to full recovery. He is forever indebted to the doctors, nurses, and staff that took care of him. Evan has dedicated his career to helping people secure their financial health and well-being.
Prior to IFW, Evan was an Agency Sales Director at MassMutual South Florida from 2012 to 2019. Evan began his financial services career in 2003 with AXA Advisors in Los Angeles, CA. He immediately became a role model and leader in helping his clients effectively meet their financial goals for retirement, college and insurance planning. In 2006, he moved to South Florida and joined John Hancock in Miami as one of their top financial advisors and later transitioned to Mass Mutual.
Evan attended Bernard E. Baruch College in New York where he studied finance. His licenses include FINRA series 6, 63, and a 2-15 (life, health and annuities). He was raised in Huntington, New York, with his twin sister and two older brothers. He has lived in several cities but South Florida is truly his home. “Family is extremely important and I am grateful to have them all here living in Florida so close to me".
Evan's main charitable focus is now supporting other cancer patients and survivors. Additionally, he is an active volunteer and business partner in the Dade and Broward County Schools. An outdoor enthusiast and traveler, Evan spends his free time enjoying boating, wakeboarding, tennis, mountain biking, and skiing. His greatest joy is spending time with his two nieces, Sophia and Olivia, and nephew Asher. He recently has added a new member to the family. A Miniature Schnauzer named Mia.

Together they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. James enjoys spending his personal time with his wife Kris and their family. He stays very active getting in the occasional basketball game with friends, golfing, and recently taken up long distance running. He feels it’s important to enjoy life to the fullest and you can do that by eating healthy, exercising, and living a life that’s pleasing unto the Lord. James is a passionate Christian serving locally at illuminate Church in Celebration.

Priscilla is deeply rooted in Central Florida. After moving to Orlando, she established herself in the Retail and Manufacturing industries, owned and operated a well-known business in Central Florida for 20 years, and started two adult vocations schools for 12 years.
Family is very important to Priscilla, and she loves to spend time with them as often as she can. Priscilla is also involved in her community and participates in fundraisers to help those in need. She also enjoys leather journal crafting and is passionate about providing support to her clients and getting to know new individuals and families in order to assist them with their needs.

Tim enjoys traveling with his family, watching and playing sports, and scuba diving. He is an avid outdoorsman and hunter.
