About Jaden Zubal

Jaden grew up in Northern Utah and through witnessing family and friends who often struggled financially, recognized at a young age the importance of consistent growth; continuous learning to best use the most important asset, yourself. From a young age he had a strong desire to better understand business and finance. He went on to own multiple rental properties in his early 20’s and started a successful company. He has since dedicated the last decade to furthering his financial education.
As Ayn Rand said, Money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver. Much of Jaden’s focus has been on helping others utilize their most important asset, themselves.
After attending Weber State University and the University of Utah, he furthered his education in two of his biggest passions, Real Estate and Financial Literacy.
An active cash flow Real Estate investor and Wealth Strategist, he personally employs and helps others implement financial freedom with the Perpetual Wealth Strategy, as well as other powerful financial strategies. Jaden used these same strategies to finance investment properties and extensive medical bills for his premature twins, and currently resides in Northern Utah.
