Doug began his professional career in the Property & Casualty side of the financial industry earning 8 designations, including the Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. After five years as an underwriter, he joined AXA Advisors, LLC located in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
In July of 2014, Doug entered the world of total wealth management by joining 3 Dimensional Wealth Advisory in New York, and in 2018 formed a partnership with fellow advisors Jeffrey Higgs and Christopher Natale. As an advisor at 3 Dimensional Wealth Advisory, Doug focuses his time and efforts on providing financial advice to families, future and current retirees, and small businesses through asset allocation, income protection, estate planning strategies, and wealth preservation strategies. Doug is Series 7, 63 & 65 licensed with FINRA along with his Life and Health License. He is a registered representative of Vanderbilt Securities, LLC.
Doug obtained his B.S. degree in Mathematics from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He achieved his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in 2015. He received the honor of being inducted into Pi Mu Epsilon (Mathematics Honor Society) and for his Master’s coursework, Doug was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma (International Business Honor Society). In 2016, Doug earned the Certified Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS) designation, and in January of 2020 he earned his Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF) designation.
In his free time, Doug gives back to Saint Joseph University by serving as a member on the Barbelin Society Committee. He enjoys playing golf, basketball, and spending time with his 3 kids and wife.
