For the last 25-plus years, James has worked in the financial services industry as a consultant and educator, teaching thousands of students and retirees. Through his financial guidance and Purpose-Driven Retirement Plan process, many of his students have become clients and lifelong friends.

Additionally, he is an American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) coach and thier current Orlando chapter president. AFEA is a non-profit dedicated to informing and empowering Americans to take control of their finances by providing comprehensive financial education in communities nationwide.
James has been married to Kristina (Kris), his wife and best friend, for more than 29 years. Together, they have four children, two sons-in-law and three grandchildren. In his free time, James enjoys spending time with Kris and thier family. He also stays active with the occasional basketball game, golfing, and long distance running. He feels it's important to enjoy life to the fullest by eating healthfully, exercising and living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

Steven Vrooman is a seasoned financial advisor with extensive expertise in both investment and insurance planning. He initially became a Fiduciary, Investment Advisor Representative when he passed his Securities 65 exam in 2011 and trained with World Financial Group / Transamerica for two years.
After a brief hiatus to focus on insured money planning through life insurance and annuities, Steven regained his series 65 securities license in 2017 when he joined Wealth Watch Advisors, a team of non-captive, independent advisors. As a Fiduciary, Steven is held to the highest ethical and legal standard by the SEC, ensuring that he always puts his clients' interests first. He is licensed to advise clients across the United States, and has additional credentials in long-term care and annuities.

Janet understands that today’s market can be turbulent and puts an extra emphasis on ensuring returns outpace inflation, which guarantees income for life.
Janet has guided thousands of families thru the process of retirement and asset transference. I love a good story and I became a financial advisor because I want to tell great stories. I served 7 years in the US Army, training and deploying in diverse and challenging environments. Many of those environments were crucial in shaping the man I am today. Although I left the service in 2004, the Army’s core values are continuously top of mind for me. As a financial advisor, those values are a part of our everyday life: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.

Thomas Wells is originally from Dupo, Illinois. He is a graduate of Webster University and has a BA in Business Management.
In the past, Thomas was a lineman at Southwestern Bell, investing twenty-five years in telecommunications. During this time, he made inroads in his career to the financial industry, working part-time for a decade with his wife helping educate families about money, how to get out of debt and invest for the future. With The Chamberlin Group, Thomas is excited to be a part of a team that focuses on taking a holistic approach to financial planning and helping families in retirement.
When he’s not working with clients, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Tami, their two children, Sydney and Tristin, and their four dogs. As a family, they are very involved in Scouts, marching band, football, and lacrosse. For Thomas, the family unit is of extreme importance, making the art of balance crucial. He loves cheering for his kiddos and is a huge Blues hockey fan looking forward to the next Stanley Cup.
